Your stay begins with check-in on Friday, giving you ample time to settle into your room and explore the hotel. Saturday starts with our generous breakfast buffet before a shuttle takes you to the Hernö Gin Distillery in Dala for an inspiring gin tasting. Afterward, you’ll have time to freshen up for the evening’s cocktail and food-pairing dinner at our restaurant, Southside.

The dinner opens with a welcome drink and snacks, followed by an exclusive three-course tasting menu where each dish is elevated by a specially composed cocktail. Enjoy a menu designed by culinary profile Tea Malmegård, paired with drinks by Hernö Gin’s own Jesper Sjögren. Both will be present to guide you through the evening’s flavor profiles.

Following dinner, we move upstairs to watch the Hernö Gin Cocktail Awards live. The bar will be curated to offer that little something extra—experience gin like never before with one of our signature cocktails or try a creation from one of the evening’s guest bartenders.

On Sunday, enjoy a wonderful breakfast before check-out and your journey home.
