Check in for the ultimate Hernö Gin experience and make your stay even more memorable with a gin tasting at our distillery in Dala, followed by a three-course dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

During the afternoon, you’ll make your way to our distillery in Dala, approximately a 15-minute transfer from the hotel. There, one of our experienced tasting hosts will welcome you and take you on an inspiring journey through the history of Hernö Gin. During the tasting, you’ll sample five selected gins and learn more about the world’s most award-winning gin, right here at the distillery where it all began.

After the tasting, you’ll return to the hotel and enjoy a well-prepared three-course dinner at our restaurant Southside. Round off the evening in one of our bars and savour a world-class gin cocktail. After a good nights sleep, our popular breakfast buffet awaits before it’s time to check out and head home.
