A complete overnight experience with dinner and competition. This package is designed for those who wish to combine premium accommodation and gastronomy with an exciting competition night — without the distillery visit.

Saturday begins with check-in at 3:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to prepare for the evening’s cocktail and food-pairing dinner at our hotel restaurant, Southside.

The dinner starts with a welcome drink and snacks, followed by an exclusive three-course tasting menu where every dish is elevated by a specially crafted cocktail. You will enjoy a menu created by culinary profile Tea Malmegård, paired with drinks designed by Hernö Gin’s Jesper Sjögren. Naturally, both will be on-site to guide you through the evening’s flavors.

After dinner, we move up one floor to watch the Hernö Gin Cocktail Awards live. Throughout the night, the bar will be offering that little something extra. Experience gin like never before with one of our signature cocktails, or sample a creation from one of our guest bartenders.

On Sunday, a delicious breakfast awaits before it is time to check out and begin your journey home.
