What makes a Martini perfect? Is it the balance, the temperature or the choice of gin? Check in for a weekend filled with flavour experiences and an inspiring Martini tasting!

When your arrive on Friday, a delicious dinner awaits you in our cosy restaurant, Southside. After dinner, take some time to settle into one of our bars and let our bartenders guide you through our selection of world-class gin cocktails.

On Saturday morning, wake up to our popular breakfast buffet before taking some time to explore Härnösand city centre or relax at Stillery Relax & Poolclub. In the afternoon, we’ll take you by bus to Hernö Gin Distillery, where you’ll taste and enjoy five different Martinis while gaining a deeper understanding of the cocktail and sharing relaxed tasting experience with fellow Martini enthusiasts.

After the tasting, we’ll take you back to the hotel, where you’ll round off the evening with a three-course dinner. After a good night’s sleep, another delicious breakfast awaits before it’s time to check out.
